Use liquid starch to apply fabric to furniture (like this treaure chest)
and to walls (like this). Liquid starch acts similar to decopauge, but it removes from surfaces easily without ruining the applied surface or the fabric!!! Recycle! Head over Sew Can Do for more pictures and info.
Would using liquid starch work for adding a ribbon border to a babies room? as far as I can tell it looks like it would, but just wanted your advice! thanks!!
