Quilted Bulletin Board

Turn an old bedspread or "quilt" looking fabric into a quilt bulletin board! Or make a quilt front just for this project.

    love this! phooey though. all my scrap quilts are bright colors. love this in soft colors. maybe I'll try it anyway.
