Jack-o-Laterns from Oranges

How cute are these jack-o-laterns made from oranges? There are so many reasons I would prefer these over large pumpkins!!! Cost, mess, size, scent and more! Suzy's Artsy-Crafty Sitcom shows you how to make them.

  6. Might I warn you, though they are very cute, they are VERY time consuming. My husband and I made them for a little Halloween party we threw and instead of cutting the faces all the way through etched in the faces and filled them with ice cream. It took us 4 hours to make 8! That was 1 an hour for each of us.:) Yes etching probably took longer than just cutting all the way through, but it was scooping out the insides that was most of the work.
