Striped Circle Skirt

Almost every little girl likes to twirl in a circle skirt! And what would be cuter than a plain circle skirt? A skirt that is striped like this on at Mama Says Sew! It's hard to find fabric with stripes going the "right" way for this effect to happen. So you have to make your own stiped skirt.
