That's exactly what I do!!! I homeschool my son and had to find a way to keep his work for his portfolio. This system works great! I also did two more for my 2 boys that just graduated....now they have a keepsake of stuff when they were in school, plus I put their bday cards, artwork etc in there too. Works like a charm! :)
