Party Favorites

It's been a while since I have shared my party favorites. I had some extra time today to check out all the fabulous links. Here are my favorite 4.



First up is the Beautiful Dining Room Hutch Makeover from Someone's Gotta Pay. I love the yellow and grey color combo.




Next we have this fun Tutorial for Reverse Applique. This is a favorite technique of mine, but I have never tried it this way. See how My Handcrafted Home makes these fun clothing items,





Next we have a video tutorial to create this Headband Bun. I have long hair and so I am always looking for ways to wear it differently. I love that Ma Nouvelle Mode shows you how to get this look!


 

Last, but certainly not least, we have some delicious Crab and Chipotle Aioli Deviled Eggs. Meat and Potatoes Kinda Gurl shares the complete recipe.

Party Highlights from Yesterday!

I didn't get up party highlights last night so I thought I would post a few today.  I thought the following three were fun and a good read!

Looking for an interesting decor element to make that coat rack pop?   Try a brightly colored faucet handles like The Sweet Survival did.  I love it!

How cool are these fall leaves made from book pages?  I'd say they are very cool!  Ashbee Design has more about this!

Liz Marie Blog has some great tips about how to maximize your small spaces.   If you are living in an apartment or have small rooms/house, check this post out.

Chickens? Urban Chickens? I'll be the first to admit that if you would have asked me six months ago if I would consider raising chickens I would have told you to have your head checked. Today's WGW party is hopping! So many beautiful and inspiring projects. Here are just a few of my favorites.


This Kit Kat Cake from Love Bakes Good Cakes had me wishing for a piece. This would be the prefect cake for any fall activity.
