Fabulous Bustle Skirt

I'm crushing on this fabulous bustle skirt that Sun Scholars sewed. It is so cute! While she didn't create the tutorial or pattern, there is a link to it at Simple Simon & Company under the first picture on her blog. I'm so glad I saw it. (And I'm thrilled she linked it up to a Whatever Goes Wednesday party.)
