Flip flops can be so boring, but About a Mom just made these a bit more interesting. The water balloons are so tiny and colorful - and so much fun!

These are so precious!!!!! They totally take me back --- my mom made a very similar thing for me...but it was a water ballon bow! I thought it was THE COOLEST!! :)
