Candlestick Categorically Crafting Show

I keep seeing all these fabulous groupings of candlesticks on people's blogs. They are all beautiful and look fantastic as decor. And they all seem to come from....thrift stores. So in preparation for this Candlestick Show, I went thrift store shopping several times to find ugly candlesticks that I can makeover. NO SUCH LUCK!!!! Either I can't "see" the candlesticks or they aren't in the two thrift stores where I live!!!! I will just have to go on having candlestick envy!!! (I tell ya, blogging is hazardous to my health. It creates strong, almost envious emotions of wanting things that other people have. It could also be called coveting. I am in BIG TROUBLE.)

Let's see a few beauties I have found!!! These candlesticks are lovely now, but you must see the "before" picture! Very....interesting and patriotic. See them at 1 Talented Family. Go HERE.

My Repurposed Life always has stellar transformations. She is the queen of repurposing older things into beautiful works of art. See how she made this lamp into a very cool (and tall) candlestick! Go HERE.

Stunning!!! That's all I can say about this display of candlesticks!!! It wasn't like this before. See this makeover at Organize and Decorate Everything! Go HERE.

If you are looking for something tall (to fit in a corner or next to a fireplace or wherever), then you should see these tall DIY candlesticks at How To Be Awesome. (These could also be made shorter.) Go HERE. You can also see some similar chunky candlesticks at Life as Lori. Go HERE.I definitely can't have a candlestick round up without including some that are blue/turquiose! These are hot (or maybe I should say cool.) Love the color. Find the before pictures at Ramblings From the Sunshine State. Go HERE.

Please join your crafty post if, and only if, it corresponds with the category and theme of CANDLESTICKS!!! (If it doesn't fit in this category, please link it up to Whatever Goes Wednesday.) Link up crafts, decor, sewing projects, food, tips, etc, that has to do with CANDLESTICKS! If you have a lot of CANDLESTICK projects, please choose your favorites. (Please no more than 4 posts per blog). Link to the specific posts, not to your main blog page. I'm excited to see all the stunning candlestick ideas out there.

You can paste the "Categorically Crafting" button onto your blog post. I would love to see these floating around so more people can post their themed projects. I will leave this linky post open until next CC Show. Keep checking back for more ideas!!!
The next 3 Categorically Crafting Shows are as follows:

April 25 - Food/Formula Cans

May 1 - Toilet Paper Roll Crafts (Save those rolls and make something fun!!!)
May 8 - Twine
