Turn your old VHS tapes into a fantastic Halloween wreath with White House, Black Shutters! Such a fun upcycling use for VHS tapes. (I attended a wedding reception a few years ago held at a movie theater and they decorated with VHS film streamers, bows and flowers! Very different and fun!)
