This week's party sponsor is Creations By Kara. She is raising funds to cover adoption expenses of a baby girl (and is willing to adopt a baby you may know of!!!! This baby would go to an amazing home and family!!!) Visit Creations By Kara today!!!
The most viewed link from last week's party was a couple of completed projects by Girl. Inspired. I love the pillow and this wall art! Plenty of inspiration to try to copy. See her Home Decor Projects HERE.
Blog Tip(s) For The Week!

This week's how-to is actually a tip from me!!!! Do you have a way of tracking your stats? Do you know how many views you are gettin each day, week or month? Do you know who is referring traffic to your site? If you don't, you might want to look into some free stat services. May I suggest one way (out of several different ways) of looking at your traffic that I like? 1. Get Google Analytics. It has so many features that will tell you about your site. I still don't know everything it does, but I love it!!! Go HERE to register for your own analytics. You will either thank me or hate me because it is addicting!!!!

Kim, at 733, A Creative Blog, is taking suggestions for upcoming blog how-to's. Is there something you want to learn how to do? Leave a comment on her post HERE.

Don't forget to check out the Giveaway Directory tomorrow! It amazes me how few people enter giveaways. This is your chance at free stuff! FYI, this link is only open for one day. If you are going to do a giveaway and want to feature it here, make sure you link it up sometime on Thursday.

This week's Categorically Crafting show on Friday will be great. The theme is FLIP FLOPS.

What kind of flip flops are you wearing this summer? How did you dress them up? What bling did you add to them? The link will be open all week. Come back on Friday to see everyone's creativity.

You know what to do. Enter your project (up to 4 links), tip, idea, recipe, whatever. Visit others. Leave comments. Come back again in the next few days since more projects are added throughout the week. Let the fun begin! (Because it is summer, I am not guaranteeing that I will be able to visit every link. I apologize.)

Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July to you!
Today is my daughter's 4th birthday! My husband, me and my daughter were all born on holidays!!! Usually, we spend the 4th (and the surrounding days) up in the mountains at my mom's timeshare (East Canyon.) That's where I am right now! I'm on vacation and will be for a few more days!
These pictures are from last year when my little girl turned three!
I thought she was such a big girl then! Now she is so much bigger and more mature! What a cutie!
I've said I love the clothing associated with the 4th of July. My daughter has so many skirts and bandana dresses and other clothes that are red, white and blue!I made this little skirt from a bandana. (She has 2 other skirts similar to this made from dishtowel and bandana.)

I love this bandana dress! She is a great little model!

I made a bandana dress for our neighbor too so they could be the cutest girls at the parades!

I even managed to find red, white and blue for my little guy!!!

Don't you love pictures when your kids are crying!!!! This is what they wore to church last year around the 4th. I made my son's little, wild tie!

Looking back, I can't believe how much my kids have grown in the past year! Happy 4th to all of you and Happy Birthday to my little one!

With July in full swing, some fun holiday times are about us. I enjoy seeing all the red, white and blue throughout my day and in blog land. Let's see just a few projects I've found!

Make a ruffly flag wreath to adorn your front door! See how at Multicultural Crafts. Go HERE.

If there's a party, there's got to be food. Make a tasty flag treat out of JELLO! Amazing (and sounds delish). See how to create this fun idea at Polwig. Go HERE.

Create a ribbon flag with this tutorial from The Paper Pony! Love this idea! GO HERE.

One of my favorite things about the 4th of July is the clothing! Make It and Love It created flags shirts for both a girl and a boy! Now you can make these and love them. GO HERE.
Show your patriotism by painting your toe nails to look like flags! These would look great with flip flops! See this HERE at Creative Urges!

Nothing says the 4th of July like firecrackers! These darling ones made from wood and paper can be found at Oopsey Daisy. Go HERE.

Create a Pottery Barn knock-off flag made out of wood with Moody Girl Projects! Don't you love how she has it hanging? Go HERE.

Please join your crafty post if, and only if, it corresponds with the category and theme of PATRIOTIC/4TH OF JULY (If it doesn't fit in this category, please link it up to Whatever Goes Wednesday.) Link up crafts, decor, sewing projects, food, tips, etc, that has to do with PATRIOTIC. If you have joined a PATRIOTIC project to a party on my blog before, feel free to add it to this show too! If you have a lot of mirror projects, please choose your favorites. (Please no more than 4 posts per blog). Link to the specific posts, not to your main blog page.

Let's see what you have created (either recently or in the past)!

You can paste the "Categorically Crafting" button onto your blog post. I would love to see these floating around so more people can post their themed projects. I will leave this linky post open until next CC Show. Keep checking back for more ideas!!!
The next 3 Categorically Crafting Shows are as follows
