CUTE Ruffle Bag

It seems we can never have enough bags. I think this every time I head out the door to church or for a weekend to Grammy's house! This darling ruffle bag from Anusha's Creative Blog is so freakin' adorable! It's a sophisticated bag that could go just about anywhere.
